The British Journal of Sports Medicine has published a study on the health benefits of tennis. Click here to read!
Per USA Today:
“[A]ccording to an annual study commissioned by the Physical Activity Council (PAC) and shared with USA TODAY Sports, tennis has boomed during the pandemic with an estimated 21.64 million Americans picking up a racquet in 2020, up 22.4 percent after several years of stagnant participation.”
This is great news for the tennis community!

Summer 2023
Summer is right around the corner and we are excited to announce a new Junior Tennis camp coming to Radnor Racquet for middle and high school players!
This is made for players who have former training and would like to prepare for junior tournaments and/or high school varsity competition.
With no more than 6 campers per week, Jaeger Tennis Camp is an academy style experience with an emphasis on individual attention. On their first day, players will be greeted with their own TENNIS BOX. Inside they’ll find:
-
Their very own match journal and pen
-
A practice sheet
-
A Jaeger Tennis T-Shirt
-
2 over-grips
-
Can of balls
-
5 Liquid I.V. Packets
-
Nutrition guide: What and What not to eat before training or matches
-
And more
Each item is meant to introduce players to some of the most important, and often overlooked aspects of what it means to be not just a great tennis player, but a great athlete that takes their physical and mental health seriously. Through intentional habit building in an intimate group environment, players will be given the opportunity to increase their confidence as a player through on court drilling, focused match play, daily fitness and nutrition sessions.
Players will also have a chance to explore and develop their own personal values in short, open group discussions. Some of these may include topics like:
– ”What do I do if my opponent is cheating?”
– ”What’s the difference between motivation and discipline?”
– “How does personal accountability increase my chances of winning a match?
– “Why is it important for me to be honest, even if it hurts me in the short term?”
– “How can I use communication and collaboration to accomplish far greater things than if I were alone?”
– “What does it mean to be a leader?”
